Founder of DSE and Chief Executive Officer, he directs the development and growth for the company. Jose started in the Labor Industry a few years ago and after the devastating “Hurricane Katrina” he dedicated himself full time in finding qualified candidates to bring and help with the clean-up and rebuilding of our city.

Shortly after he met with Vinnie Buezo and with their experience and expertise the two decided to expand and make this business a resource alternative for local as well as out-of-state companies by supplying them with skilled labors.

Also an Environmental Floating Manager in New Orleans, LA Vinnie Buezo is an OSHA trained Inspector that takes pride when doing a walk-thru of a house, because he recognizes sentimental value of a house he makes sure every construction site and restoration house is of complete satisfaction to the owner.

As an Environmental Supervisor/Assistant Project Manager- Worked for almost 2 years during Hurricane Katrina disaster relief effort specializing in Hazard Material including Household Hazardous Waste Removal, Electronic Waste Removal, and Small Engine Waste Removal. As a Private Environmental Consultant- Helping many New Orleans area companies with ALL environmental issues including strategically assessing sites to determine ideal steps for site to become environmental compliant, helping private businesses file all necessary paperwork through DEQ and EPA, and will converse with all environmental regulatory agencies as a representative of client companies.

As an Industrial Hygienist- Performed any type of environmental testing procedures during private consultation site assessments and as environmental supervisor including air, water, and soil sampling when needed. Certified as an Asbestos Supervisor/Contractor recognized by the Department of Environmental Quality.
